    Several licensed Third Party Administrators ("TPAs") have expressed an interest in assisting employers with the administration of SEUS claims. 

    Employers assigning their claims handling to a TPA must complete the TPA Authorization Release form.

    On October 27, 2009, Southeastern U.S. Insurance, Inc. was declared insolvent and ordered liquidated pursuant to an Order entered in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, in Civil Action File No. 2009CV174979 (see attached Consent Order of Liquidation and Proof of Claim Form).
